Some time we do the journey only for time pass. I wrote my blog here those who wish to enjoy new places and understand the socio environmental facts of a place instead of time pass journey.

New temple

                       Now I point the famous place in Kerala - Aruvipuram which is not far from the capital of Kerala -Trivandrum. Aruvipuram is very famous in connection with our social reformer Sree Narayana Guru in older times low cast people had not freedom to worship the lord. 

Old temple

That time guru decided to establish a temple at Aruvipuram .He placed Sivalinga shaped stone on a rock and thus laid the foundation stone for temples .By installing Sivalinga guru boldly declared the equality of men hoisted the flag for revolt against castiesm and its in terent injustice and cruelties .The first great lesson he thought was couched in the following words written on the wall of the temple at Aruvipuram.

                      “This is the ideal house where all

                         Live in full eternity. With out

                        Distinction of caste or prejudice of ends".

We can also see the famous cave in Koduthukki hill near Aruvipuram. This cave is also famous because it was guru’s shelter at the time of upper class people attacked him,







Instead of these historical facts the premises       Aruvippuram is very beautiful. It is sure that Aruvippuram is most important page of the book god’s own country Kerala.
